Brian Perkins, the President of Gulf Beach Home Watch is a Retired Army Lieutenant Colonel retiring after 23 years of service as well as a career in Information Technology and Management with over 30 years of experience with Fortune 500 as well as startup businesses.   He has significant experience as a leader and builder of teams both in the military and civilian life.  Organization and attention to detail are strengths built and honed over his many years in the business world as a leader and trainer in the military.  Brian sees helping others through home watch as an opportunity to server others while building a business.  

Brian’s experience includes stints with large corporations such as Walmart, Citibank, and ABF Trucking as well as with IT startups helping to build out and mentor teams at each stop.  His military experience is across multiple areas including Logistics and Requirements Analysis.  He has led teams from a handful to hundreds of individuals and has served in combat and in support of Hurricane relief operations including post storm cleanup after Hurricane Katrina.  He brings a passion for excellence in everything he does.

Brian's experience with deployments in the military means he knows what it is like to be away from your home and the fear that can come from not being able to be there to look for issues or take care of things.  He is a father, stepfather, and grandfather who loves spending time with family and serving others.  He is also Daddy to 2 amazing Frenchies!!
